TELL US WHAT YOU WANT:  Before anything, of course, you have to tell us what you are trying to achieve.  Once we know that, the actual services we provide are Information Gathering, Analysis, Pricing, Presentation and Execution.  To the extent we perform these functions with excellence, you - the consumer - benefits, and your relationship with our firm is born.

INFORMATION GATHERING:  To commence a relationship with Arader & Associates devoted to achieving your mortgage financing objectives, you give us your full name, address, date of birth, social security number, telephone numbers, email address and permission to pull your credit report. We then email you your credit report as well as a “needs list,” setting forth the documentation required to complete an application on your behalf.

ANALYSIS:  The core reason clients select Arader & Associates is our understanding of special aspects of borrowers’ circumstances and matching resultant requirements with the most competitively priced instruments in the first and second residential mortgage finance market. 

PRICING:  As brokers, we are not bound to any single institution for our source of funding.  The best priced 30 year fixed mortgage, for instance, will be offered by one bank, while the best priced one year adjustable rate mortgage (“ARM”) will be offered by a competing institution.  Picking the best priced products from the universe of lenders is actually the easy part of our job.

PRESENTATION:  We bring you – the borrower – into the proverbial tent, showing you how the numbers work, not just the interest rate, but the terms, any unusual items and any upfront or ongoing costs in advance of your selection.  This aspect is often referred to in other fields as “transparency.”  The deal must be crystal clear to you.

EXECUTION:  We prepare your loan application, get it approved by a lender, clear any conditions to your approval, schedule your closing and then work with the Settlement Agent, usually an attorney, to close and fund the transaction.  We are with you every step of the way, including post closing quality control.
