ORIGIN & OWNERSHIP:  Arader & Associates is an LLC created in 2005 and wholly owned and managed by Alexander J. Arader.  Mr. Arader was co-founder in 1994 of another mortgage firm, Arader & O’Rourke, Inc., which is no longer active.  Mr. Arader graduated from Yale College in 1977 and received an MBA from The Wharton School in 1982. He worked at E. F. Hutton & Company, New York City, in the Public Finance and Corporate Finance Department from 1981 to 1987.

MARKETS SERVED:  The firm is registered as a first and second mortgage broker in Connecticut, Florida and New York.  We provide retail customers with first and second mortgage origination services on residential homes.

FLORIDA LICENSE:  We do not have a full time presence in the State of Florida, but maintain licensing there to accommodate our clients in Fairfield and Westchester Counties who have homes in the Sunshine State.

Peg Malone, mortgage consultant, joined Arader & O’Rourke, Inc. in April, 1999 and has been with Arader & Associates since its inception.  Peg was in the mortgage business in Greenwich for 20 years before that.  She moved in 2006 and maintains an active business with both existing and new clients in lower Fairfield County and Westchester Counties. The firm is delighted to maintain its relationship with this highly skilled and reliable mortgage banking professional.
