ORIGIN & OWNERSHIP:  Arader & Associates is an LLC created in 2005 and wholly owned and managed by Alexander J. Arader.  Mr. Arader was co-founder in 1994 of another mortgage firm, Arader & O’Rourke, Inc., which is no longer active.  Mr. Arader graduated from Yale College in 1977 and received an MBA from The Wharton School in 1982. He worked at E. F. Hutton & Company, New York City, in the Public Finance and Corporate Finance Department from 1981 to 1987.

MARKETS SERVED:  The firm is registered as a broker in Connecticut, Florida and New York. We provide retail customers with mortgage origination services on residential homes.

FLORIDA LICENSE:  We do not have a full time presence in the State of Florida, but maintain licensing there to accommodate our clients in Fairfield and Westchester Counties who have homes in the Sunshine State.

Christine Lee graduated from Yale College in 1992 and earned the CFA designation in 1999. From 1993 to 1997, Ms. Lee worked at Banca di Roma in Chicago as a money market trader. In 1997, she moved to UBS in Stamford, Connecticut and worked in Equity Risk Management Sales and Market Risk until 2005. From 2002 to 2008, Ms. Lee managed 2 residential new construction projects in Greenwich, Connecticut before joining Arader & Associates LLC in 2009. Christine brings financial market expertise, as well as first hand construction and real estate knowledge to clients of Arader & Associates, LLC.
