TARGET LOANS: The firm specializes in loan amounts in the $500,000 to $5,000,000 range, typically for clients with good credit, low debt to income ratios, ample post closing liquidity and low loan to value ratios. Repeat clients tend to be in the financial services industry, especially fixed income professionals.
NO COPYING, NO FORMS TO FILL OUT: Clients of the firm make copies only if they so choose; most give us original documentation which we return promptly by courier. While we are scrupulous in informing our clients of salient features affecting their interest and assiduous in our compliance with all relevant regulations, clients typically do not fill out any forms, as we have taken the information given to us and incorporated such into application and disclosure material the client executes.
OBLIGATION BEGINS AT CLOSING: Once the borrower signs a Note at closing, they are obligated to repay principal according to the terms of the Note. Until the closing, the borrower has no obligation whatsoever to Arader & Associates.
